With over three decades of business and leadership experience, I’ve built ventures, led teams, and traveled to more than 25 countries across 4 continents. My journey has been shaped by curiosity, resilience, and a deep belief in the power of transformation.
Whether you’re leading others or navigating a personal crossroad, I believe real change starts by embracing your full context—your story, your strengths, and where you are right now. Purpose isn’t a fixed destination; it’s something we shape with clarity and intention. Mental and physical fitness, creative flow, and cultural connection are all part of that process.
As a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, I bring my lived experience into this retreat for women over 40. Grounded in the OCAA Model™—Observe, Choose, Adapt, Advance—this experience in Portugal is designed to help you pause with intention and take the next step toward living your purpose.

With roots in education, HR, and coaching—and as a certified yoga teacher—I create a grounded, focused space for women leaders to pause, reflect, and reconnect. My intuitive approach combines deep listening with insightful questions that help you cut through complexity, clarify what matters, and find your authentic way forward.
As a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, I draw from ontological coaching principles—paying close attention to the language you use, how it resonates in your body, and the emotions that shape your choices—because this is where courageous leadership begins. Guided by deep spiritual wisdom and lived experience, I developed the OCAA Model™—Observe, Choose, Adapt, Advance—as a practical framework for transformation, helping you lead with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
For over two decades, I’ve walked alongside women in leadership, helping them access their inner wisdom and rise to life’s defining moments.
